Step 1: Firstly, you want the screen recorder on your PC for recording the videos. I am using OBS Studio. You can install OBS Studio by searching for it on Google:

Step 2: Record the video with your software. When you have recorded your video, go to your video, right-click, and open it with Movies & TV as mentioned below:

Step 3: Trim the video you want to convert into a GIF by clicking on the pencil icon and selecting the part from the clip:

Step 4: Open Google and type "mp4 to gif". Google will show you many pages. I suggest opening ezgif.com because you get many options like speed, crop, etc. I personally use this website for creating a GIF:

Step 5: Once the ezgif page is opened, choose a file by clicking on the "choose file" option as shown below:
