In this article, we will be learning to check whether the number is palindrome or not.

Before starting let&rsquo;s know about what factorial Numbers are?
Factorial is defined as the product of that number with every whole number till 1. For example, the factorial of 4 is 4&times;3&times;2&times;1, which is equal to 24. It is represented using the symbol '!' So, 24 is the value of 4!.
We decrease the number by 1 and multiply it by itself until the number becomes 1.
1 and 0 have the same factorial value i.e 1. 0! Is 1 is by definition.
n! = n* (n-1) * (n-2) *........1&nbsp;&nbsp;
4! = 4x3x2x1 = 24&nbsp; &nbsp; OR&nbsp; 1x2x3x4 = 24
Now we will learn to find the factorial of a given number using Python language.

Finding factorial of a number
In this method, we will use if-else conditions to simplify our work. Following are the steps that can be performed to get the factorial of a number as an output.
1) &nbsp; First we will take input from the user, and it will be stored in the variable num.
2)&nbsp; &nbsp; Then, we will initialize a second variable factorial which will hold our result. The variable factorial is initially initialized to 1.&nbsp;

3)&nbsp; &nbsp; From the definition as we know, the factorial of 0 and 1 return 1. So, we can directly conclude this, or prompt user 1 as output without performing any operations and wrap it inside the &ldquo; if'' condition.

4) &nbsp; Now, What to do when the input num is any positive natural number?
 What we can do is, we can use Python for loop range functionality with certain arguments. As the range function requires two arguments, we conclude 1 has the 1st argument and the addition of input value with1 has the second argument.

5)&nbsp; Inside the for loop will operate, factorial * i and it will be stored in the same variable &ldquo;factorial&rdquo;. This means after every iteration it updates the factorial&rsquo;s value and i is increased until it is the same as the user-provided input.
